The Philosophy

I have a simple philosophy: only exceptional ideas to reflect my client’s exceptional styles.

Event spaces are a blank canvas. As a visual communications major, I tend to think more like an artist looking to convey my couples expressions and less like any traditional event planner you’ve ever met. This means I need to be smarter about two things. Who you are for the you-inspired celebration and how to help you create the wedding of your dreams. If that says anything I believe there’s no better time to break out of the traditional hotel ballroom than now. Unless, that’s really where you want to be. For starters, I think couples should take hold of your guest’s experience from the moment you send out the first Save the Date and start with the big picture and work your way backwards.

I believe wedding planning should be so enjoyable it is unorthodox. Whether it be a casual, modern, vintage, elegant, or over the top, you should enjoy the journey almost as much as you the actual event itself. Couples should be able to live and create the wedding experience they’ve always imagined. I am excited to help guide you through the planning process and make what can be a very stressful time a delightful experience from start to finish.

My travels to places such as Miami, Mexico, Rome, Florence, Capri, Venice, Jamaica, Quebec for events and vacations. Being born in Washington D.C., raised in Maryland, shopping in Virginia. Enjoying cheesesteak in Philadelphia, basking on the beaches of the Outer Banks, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Bahamas and celebrating in the streets of New Orleans. Attending a New York, Long Island, or Hamptons wedding you could only use one word to describe; food, food and more food, Bar Mitzvahs in Maine, industry conferences in Las Vegas…this is what I bring to to make your occasion unique and special.

I enjoy seeing it and doing it all so I can stay on the cutting edge to help you plan a better event. It’s my job to work on the nitty-gritty so you can enjoy the pretty. So let me do the hard stuff: in order for you can relax and enjoy the fruits of my labor.

You should have a plethora of innovative ideas to stretch over a wide horizon of event themes, types, and experiences to make the wedding planning process easy. Each event should custom-tailored and you are the inspiration. My dedication to working with couples to design weddings from casual to couture inspires them to dream big and in color.
